If you are still not satisfied, you can return the product by strictly following the rules below.

Return Policy

Time frame

Within 45 days after your purchase including payment, you can return your product and ask for a refund. After 45 days, you can still be elegible for a refund, but this will be decided on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you have any questions!

Return

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Goods that can be returned should be sent to us, together with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns should ONLY be sent to the adress in The Netherlands which we will provide. They should NOT be sent to the adress from which it was sent to you. If you send the item to the wrong adress, your right of return and/or refund is void.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If shipping costs exceed the product price, please contact us. We might be able to offer you a special treatment.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To make sure there are no disputes, we only see independent tracking information as facts. Therefore we need to be able to follow your shipment using your tracking codes, which you have to provide to us. Only if in the independent tracking system the product is marked as Delivered to the address we have provided you, shall we consider it to be delivered.

Refund

Once the item you returned is received and inspected by us, we will send you an e-mail to notify you of our findings. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If refund is approved, you will receive a store voucher of the same amount as the amount to be refunded. Only by exception refunds can be made in cash, to be decided by us on a case by case basis.
